Kevin Miller | Tim Kolber | Jay Kinslow | Wendy Miller

As a freshman in college in 1996, Kevin taught himself HTML and some JavaScript. He began developing personal web sites, as well as sites for friends and family. He quickly realized he had a passion for working on the Internet. He teamed up with Tim Kolber, a friend and co-worker during his summer internships, to create K & M Industries. After receiving a degree in computer science with a minor in writing, Kevin landed a full time position as a web programmer, where he learned ASP technology.

As demand for Kevin's and Tim's services increased, they each realized they needed to bring on a few experts in other areas. Hence, WebPageDevelopers.Net was born.

With nine years experience under his belt, Kevin has continued to learn as technology advances. He recently obtained his Microsoft certification in .Net web technologies.

During his free time, Kevin enjoys maintaining his salt water aquarium and spending countless hours preparing for the fantasy football season.

Tim formally worked for Faulkner Information Services, a leader in computer and technology reporting. The company pioneered in the development and implementation of the Internet as we know it today. His expertise lies in web architecture, web development, digital imaging and audio engineering. Currently, Tim is a Database Analyst at Cendant Mortgage. He is a Rowan University graduate with a Bachelors degree in business administration & marketing.

Tim is currently a bass player in a local band. When not rocking the house, Tim spends his time listening to the music of Rush while trying to figure out a way to beat Kevin in chess.

Jay has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Temple University, and a Masters Degree in Finance from Rutgers University.

Already possessing a sound business education and career, Jay turned toward Information Technology as his next challenge. He made this decision primarily due to a disturbing trend occurring in numerous companies across many different industries. This trend led to inefficiencies in production and labor hours. This unfortunate trend was the overall absence of information technology skill among top management. As he continued to encounter this, Jay produced a vision for future management in efforts to be more successful and to achieve greater operational efficiencies.

Jay's vision: to be a success and a top company in these times, the organization must possess managers and other key employees who possess a unique combination of technical computer skills and an understanding of Information Technology along with a solid understanding of the fundamental operations of the business. Key to this vision is a strong web presence.

Wendy brings seven years of administrative experience to the table. Her typing skills are in excess of 75 words per minute. In addition to administrative duties, Wendy also gives web sites a "woman's touch." Her professional titles include Office Manager at her current position in a pediatrician's office in Vorhees, NJ, Associate with Cendant Mortgage in Mt. Laurel, NJ, Assistant Operations Manager at the Atrium Executive Suites and Conference Centers in Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Office Assistant at Elk County Orthopedic Associates in St. Mary's, PA.

Wendy is a Sex and the City fan and enjoys reading books cover to cover over the course of a weekend. She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources. Her favorite band is the Dixie Chicks. She is also Kevin's wife.
